easiest way to save money while traveling

The number 1 question I get is “how do you afford to travel?”

While there are way too many variables to that question to respond to in an email, I thought I’d give you a few EASY ways to reduce costs while traveling.

Here are a few:

Travel during off season

This can save you THOUSANDS of dollars between flights, hotels, and food!

Fly in and out of major airports

Buy a roundtrip between two major airports, and then get a separate ticket to your final destination!

Rack up points

I pay EVERYTHING on a travel credit card (even my taxes) and the points add up quickly.

*of course pay the card off every single month and make sure this aligns with your financial goals

Go grocery shopping in destination

This can be a really fun cultural experience and can save you a lot of $! Maybe go out to eat for an app but eat your main course at home to save, or pack a lunch and have a picnic out!
